  • When I interact and purchase goods via the Global Online Shop, who am I contracting with?

The Global Shop and website https://shop.globalautocare.co.uk/ is fully managed by our eCommerce partner ‘vGroup International Limited’ and its third party suppliers so your contract is direct with vGroup International and you are agreeing to their T&C’s listed on the website.

  • Who is managing my order?

Your order is being stored, packaged and dispatched from our eCommerce partner vGroup International.

  • What are your business hours?

vGroup’s business hours are between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday 9am to 4pm. vGroup will aim to resolve any issue you have within one working day.​

  • Can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. 

  • I’ve haven’t received my order, what do I do?
You’ll be able to track your order using the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. ​

  • I’ve received the wrong/damaged product, do can I do?

  • How do I make a complaint?

  • Are the orders arranged by Global Autoacare or a third-party company?

Global Autoacare are working with vGroup International, a UK based business that’s been supporting the automotive market for over 30 years. vGroup will be arranging & dispatching your order.

  • Are my payment and personal details safe on your database?

Yes, vGroup take security extremely seriously and we’ll use all reasonable protocols to protect your data.​

  • Where are my goods shipped from?

All goods are shipped from vGroup International, direct from their site in Milton Keynes.​

  • Is the packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, vGroup are constantly evolving our packaging and production methods to reduce our carbon footprint, and use of single-use materials. 

  • How long does a refund take?

Once you’ve returned your item(s), or when confirmation of credit is agreed, you should receive your refund within 5 to 7 working days.​

  • What are your returns process (how long do I have to return an item, what’s the return address, etc)?
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. Items need to be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them. ​
You’ll need to complete the delivery note / invoice along with your return. ​
